Viewing Grant Proposal: Superior Watershed Partnership-Home Energy Assess-Home Solar-EV Charging Station

The Superior Watershed Partnership (SWP Energy Office) and the Great Lakes Community Corps (DOE-Certified) will assist underserved Upper Peninsula communities and Native American Tribes with the implementation of twenty-five (25) Home Energy Assessments (HES), five (5) Low-Income Home Solar Installations and one (1) public high-speed (Level 3) electric vehicle charging station. The HES component includes technical energy efficiency and weatherization recommendations. The Solar installations reduce household energy use by 35% on average. The Level 3 DCFC EV charging station will complement the State of Michigan siting priorities for the Upper Peninsula.
