Viewing Grant Proposal: Washington Heights UMCC-Community Resilience Hub Efficiency Measures

WHUMCC will implement aggressive efficiency measures, electrify key energy uses, and install a solar energy/battery storage system at its church/community center in its disadvantaged neighborhood. While enabling WHUMCC to serve as a community resilience hub, these investments will create jobs, reduce GHG and other harmful air pollution emissions, and deliver major utility bill savings, which WHUMCC will reinvest in vital food security, youth education, financial literacy, and other programs.
